Refer a Young Person or Family

Start with a conversation.

A parent, caregiver, young person, school, court, community organization, or someone who cares can reach out. Tell us what you know. We will follow up, ask questions, and help figure out whether Delta is the right next step.

Partner with Delta

Build something useful with us.

Some of the most important work does not fit neatly into a short grant cycle: staying in relationship after a setback, helping a family navigate a new problem, keeping a trusted mentor in place, or bringing lived experience into a policy process that takes years. We welcome funders who want to support sustained, flexible, and community-rooted work.

Increase the Impact

Take the learning farther.

Delta is developing ways for other communities and organizations to learn from the relationships, curricula, storytelling practices, and advocacy approach built here. If you are exploring how this work could translate in your city or organization, start a conversation with us.

Call for Mentors

Your lived experience can become part of someone else’s support system.

Delta mentors bring consistency, honesty, accountability, care, and real-world perspective.

You do not need a perfect past. You do need the willingness to show up, keep learning, respect boundaries, and put a young person’s needs ahead of your need to be the hero of the story.
