For Funders
Long-term change needs long-term support.
Delta works at the intersection of direct relationships, family support, storytelling, and systems change. Funding allows us to keep trusted people in place, learn from what is happening on the ground, strengthen programs, share lived experience ethically, and contribute to longer-term efforts to change youth justice in Michigan.

WHAT MAKES THE MODEL Different
Lived-experience leadership. Relationships that are not treated as transactions. Storytelling as a form of public understanding. Direct service connected to advocacy. Partnership across community, research, and policy.
“The difference between someone making it and not making it in this system is one caring adult checking in, not just once, but over and over. It’s the relationships—not just the programs—that create the real change.”
