For Partners & Referrers

Young people should not have to navigate support alone.

Schools, courts, community organizations, funders, service providers, researchers, and advocates all see different parts of a young person’s experience. Delta can help connect those pieces through trusted relationships, programming, storytelling, referrals, and collaboration.

Are you looking to help someone?

If you are trying to connect a specific young person or family to Delta, use the referral path. If you are exploring a broader partnership, tell us what problem you are trying to solve and what role you think Delta could play.

“Sometimes we ask for numbers—kids engaged, mentors matched—but for me, the real impact is when a youth who once saw himself as invisible starts mentoring or speaking up. That’s the change that matters.”
