For Youth & Families

You do not have to prove you deserve support.

If you are trying to figure out what comes next for yourself, your child, or someone you love, you can start here. You do not need to know the right program name. You do not need to have the whole story organized. Tell us what is happening, and we will listen.

The Delta Model

People. Relationships.
Partnership. Time.

Large diverse group posing indoors around a wooden Arise sign

Delta’s model is not built around one perfect intervention. It is an ecosystem: credible mentors, consistent relationships, practical support, families, community partners, opportunities to tell the truth about what is happening, and enough time for trust to become real. Sometimes progress is visible. Sometimes the meaningful thing is that someone came back, answered the phone, or knew there would still be a seat for them.

Is Delta for me?

Delta works with young people and young fathers who have been impacted by the juvenile justice system or are navigating circumstances that could lead to deeper system involvement. We also work with families and referral partners trying to connect a young person to meaningful support.
